**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **litigation** related to real estate disputes, property ownership, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Represent the company in court cases, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
- Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, property due diligence, and title verification.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated with the latest amendments in real estate laws and regulations.
- Ensure risk mitigation by advising on legal strategies for ongoing and future projects.

**Key Requirements**:

- **LLB/LLM** degree from a recognized university.
- **10-12 years of experience** in real estate law, with a strong background in **litigation**.
- In-depth knowledge of **RERA, Maharashtra Land Laws, Transfer of Property Act, and Contract Law**.
- Proven track record of handling **real estate disputes, civil suits, and regulatory matters**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must be **Pune-based** and familiar with local legal frameworks and courts.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
