As a Tele-calling intern, you will have the opportunity to interact with potential clients and assist them in their overseas education journey.

**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about our services

2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance to clients

3. Update and maintain client database using MS Excel for efficient record-keeping

4. Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.

5. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse clientele.

6. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and campaigns.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and goals

**Skill(s) required**:
English Proficiency (Spoken)

Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

MS-Excel
