Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell diesel gensets (DG) in the assigned territory.

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.

Engage with retail clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable genset solutions.

Deliver product presentations and provide demonstrations to potential customers.

Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Monitor market trends and gather feedback to contribute to product and sales strategy improvements.

Report daily sales activities, progress, and market insights to the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates

Schedule:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
