Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell hospitality services to potential customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to management.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications Experience:

- For Sales Executive: 2-3 years of sales experience in a 4-star hotel or hospitality industry.
- For Sales Manager: 3-4 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably in a 4-star hotel.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or an MBA in Sales Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
