**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media content calendars for our company's various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create engaging text, image, and video content to increase reach and engagement
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Assist with community management, including responding to comments and messages
- Support with the translation of content to/from Tamil or English as needed
- Identify opportunities to leverage social media for marketing campaigns and brand awareness

**Job Requirements**:

- Should like to work in any of the domain: IT Consulting / Media / News Agency / French Non-Profit Organisation
- Education - Must be a UG/PG student or completed fresher in any discipline
- Ability to commit full-time or part time.
- Should know Tamil and Willing to learn and excel in English communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Willing to learn about social media platforms and best practices
- Must have a can-do attitude and is willing to learn new things
- Enthusiastic, driven, proactive, and willing to bring new ideas to the table
- Must be very organized and have great follow through skills
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent analytical skills
- Passion for music / tamil / linguistics / literature / social science are a HUGE bonus

**Required computer skills**: Basic level competency at Microsoft, Google Docs, Canva or Ability to learn Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads a plus.
