**Position Overview**:
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing
digital marketing strategies for our brand across all online mediums.
We at Statesman intend to drive some campaigns in-house for some of our projects (Client side)
and you will be responsible for the entire campaign - From Set up to Execution of the same.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Presence Management**:
- Oversee the company’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and
other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
**Social Media Management**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and
engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
**Content Marketing**:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop digital content that aligns with marketing goals.
- Utilize various content formats, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage the
target audience.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Implement tools for tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance.
- Generate regular reports to showcase key metrics and provide insights for continuous
improvement.
**Emerging Technologies**:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing.
- Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new tools or technologies to enhance digital
marketing capabilities.
**Campaign Creation & Execution - Client Side**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall
business objectives
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for digital initiatives.
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Client Side**:
- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and collaborate with content creators to
enhance website performance.
**Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC)**:
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on search engines and other digital
platforms.
- Optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
**Digital Advertising**:
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for
optimization.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
- Lead efforts to optimize website and landing page elements for improved conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive desired
actions.
**Mobile Marketing**:
- Develop and implement strategies to reach and engage mobile audiences effectively.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness across digital assets and optimize for mobile user experience.
**Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor spending, analyze ROI, and make adjustments to optimize budget allocation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, MBA from Tier 1 college will have a higher weightage.
- 8-10+ years of experience.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
