We are looking for **Customer Support Associate** for Jaipur location who can act as a spokesperson to all the customer queries and help them with a solution. He must possess **Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English**.

Location:Jaipur

Job Role and responsibilities:

- Taking customer calls and assisting them in every possible way
- Sell products and place customer orders
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Upsell products and services

Experience required - Min. 1 Year experience in customer service or relevant

Working days - Rotational shifts / Night Shifts (9 hours)

Graduates/Undergraduates both can apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
