**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, ensuring its smooth and uninterrupted functioning.

2. Collaborate with department heads to understand workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

3. Liaise with the ERP vendor or IT team to address and resolve escalated issues promptly.

4. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP system.

5. Stay updated on ERP trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend system enhancements.

6. Train employees on ERP system usage, including new features and modules, to maximize system efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Must be a graduate in any discipline, or a related field.

**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in ERP system management or coordination.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as BG/Tally/Odoo/Microsoft Dynamics NAV/SAP.

**Experience Required**: 1-2 year

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
