**Job description**

Hiring customer support executives for a BPO to work for a Pet Grooming Studio’s Customer Support team. If you are someone who is good at communicating and passionate about pets, here is an opportunity for you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Attending to inbound customer calls.
- Fixing appointments depending on the groomer’s availability.
- Tracking the appointment.
- Handling queries and provide quick resolutions.
- Creating daily/ weekly/ monthly call reports
- Provides prompt replies and timely resolutions based on the queries
- Fresher/Experience preferably Graduates
- **Fluency English language is mandatory**

**Note**
- Cab facility not available
- This job cannot be performed remotely
- Voice process only
- Work from office only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perungudi, Chennai - 600096, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
