Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director of the Firm. The role requires strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and enable the Director to focus on strategic priorities.



Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documents with discretion.
- Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal teams, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups across departments.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and documentation.
- Anticipate the Director’s needs and provide solutions proactively.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ensure smooth office and administrative functions aligned with the Director’s vision.
- Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools for communication & scheduling.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and client interactions.
- Qualifications & Experience

*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Coordinator (experience in architecture, design, or construction firms will be an added advantage).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
