**All finance and account related administration of Urvashi's Retreat: -**
- HR, payrolls and employee records as per government regulations (supervised by the CA firm in New Delhi)
- Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods (with the assistant of one junior finance executive who works from Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- Sharing certain daily computerised reports that are derived from IDS (property management software) and Tally, such as latest room nights.
- Supervising certain weekly computerised reports from the junior finance executive, such as spending records
- Sharing certain monthly and annual computerised reports that are derived from IDS (property management software) and Tally, such revenue reports, profit and loss.
- Filing GST, TDS and income tax under the supervision of MCS
- Maintaining fixed asset records and ensuring that depriciation benefits, taxation benefits are maximised.
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue and roomnight sales.
- Reconciling bank statements
- Ensuring legislation is followed regarding GST
- Chasing late payments and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
