**Job Title: Sales Executive - Travel & Hospitality**
**Location**: Prini, Manali (On-site only) **Salary**: ₹15,000-₹18,000/month (fixed) + **performance-based incentives** **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years in telesales or travel sales **Reporting to**: Sales Manager
**About The Role**
The Cozy Nook is looking for a disciplined and persuasive Sales Executive to manage daily inbound and outbound sales leads for our hospitality business in Manali. This is a full-time on-ground role that requires structured calling, documentation, follow-ups, and consistent achievement of defined sales targets.
You will be the bridge between curious travelers and unforgettable mountain stays — ensuring every guest interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and manage **50-60 assigned leads every day** through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand guest requirements and confidently **pitch room + package options** with clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain **accurate records** of calls made, conversations held, status of leads, and next follow-up steps in the CRM (Zoho/Airtable).
- Execute **structured follow-ups** for all open leads and maintain a follow-up tracker with daily updates.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and assist with blocking rooms, coordinating with operations.
- Follow the complete **sales SOP** provided, including pricing, inventory coordination, proposal sharing, and payment confirmations.
- Meet and exceed **monthly sales targets** set by the company in terms of room nights and gross margin.
- Share end-of-day performance updates and maintain high CRM hygiene.

Closure calls, CRM documentation, updates, coordination
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication in **Hindi and basic English**:
- Proven ability to **follow process**, keep documentation clean, and close leads consistently
- High sense of **ownership, discipline, and team accountability**
**Performance Expectations**
- Contact 100% of assigned leads daily
- Minimum **15% lead-to-booking conversion**
Log every call and follow-up accurately
- Close minimum monthly sales target as defined
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and guest-first mindset
