Our small but skilled team is dedicated to delivering high-quality SEO services that drive results. We are now looking for an experienced Upwork bidder to help expand our client base and streamline project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Job Selection**: Identify and prioritize suitable job postings on Upwork based on our services and expertise.

2. **Proposal Writing**: Craft personalized, high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and our services.

3. **Follow-Up**: Maintain timely follow-ups with potential clients to secure projects.

4. **Project Assignment**: Coordinate with the SEO team to assign new projects effectively.

5. **Client Communication**: Keep clients updated with regular weekly or monthly progress reports.

6. **Account Management**: Maintain the Upwork account, ensuring a professional profile and active presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role.
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
- Strong understanding of SEO services and deliverables.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in preparing detailed client reports is a plus.
