**Job Title: 2-Color Flexo Printing Machine Operator (Corrugation Box Plant)**

**Location**: New Palam Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and maintain a 2-color flexo printing machine for corrugated sheets, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- **Print Quality**: Monitor and control print quality, including color registration, ink consistency, and image clarity, to meet specified standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve basic operational issues and minor mechanical problems with the printing machine.
- **Ink Management**: Prepare and mix inks according to job specifications, managing ink inventory efficiently.
- **Plate Management**: Mount and dismount printing plates accurately and efficiently.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on the printing machine to ensure longevity and optimal functionality.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload corrugated sheets onto and from the machine as needed.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate production records, including job details, material usage, and downtime.
- **Collaboration**: Work effectively with the production team to meet daily targets and schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience 2-3 years as a Flexo Printing Machine Operator, preferably in a corrugation box manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of 2-color flexographic printing processes, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time shifts as mutually agreed upon.
