**Job Title: Sublimation Printing Operator**

**Job Summary**:
As a sublimation printing operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sublimation printing equipment to produce various printed materials, such as apparel, signage, promotional products, and other customized items. You will ensure that all printing processes meet quality standards and deadlines while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Sublimation Printing Equipment**: Set up and operate sublimation printers, heat presses, and other related equipment according to job specifications.
- **Prepare Artwork**: Receive and review artwork files from clients or design team, ensuring they meet printing requirements and specifications.
- **Color Management**: Calibrate printers and monitor color output to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction.
- **Material Preparation**: Prepare printing materials, such as fabric, paper, or other substrates, for printing by ensuring they are clean, properly aligned, and securely positioned.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect printed materials for defects, such as smudges, streaks, or color inconsistencies, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or printing issues, such as clogged print heads or poor color transfer, and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- **Production Scheduling**: Coordinate with production manager or team leader to prioritize jobs and ensure timely completion of orders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of job specifications, materials used, and production times for each project.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment and handling printing materials to prevent accidents or injuries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, including designers, production staff, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in printing technology or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience operating sublimation printing equipment and familiarity with printing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality printed materials.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with different types of printing substrates and their characteristics.
- Knowledge of color theory and color management techniques.
- Experience with heat transfer printing processes and equipment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
