- Follow-up with leads or customers to ensure satisfaction and retain business.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and document calls, sales, and customer feedback.
- **Market Research**:

- Identify potential market segments and target audiences for new sales.
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and industry trends.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and lead conversion.
- Share insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies with the team or management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to help align sales campaigns with promotional efforts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
