**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Training Materials**: Create and update curriculum, training materials, exercises, and assessments to cover the full MERN stack, including best practices and latest trends.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Lead in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and coding bootcamps that cover topics such as front-end development with React, server-side programming with Node.js and Express, and database management with MongoDB.
- **Assess Learning Progress**: Evaluate trainees' understanding through quizzes, practical assessments, and project evaluations; provide constructive feedback to ensure mastery of concepts.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep up-to-date with advancements in the MERN stack and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum to maintain program relevance.
- **Adapt to Student Needs**: Tailor training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and knowledge levels, making complex topics accessible for beginners while challenging advanced learners.

**Requirements**:

- **Industry Experience**: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a related field.
- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in web development, preferably with experience teaching the MERN stack or similar technologies.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- **Passion for Education**: Enthusiastic about helping others learn and grow, with a demonstrated commitment to student success.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions to help students overcome obstacles in their learning journey.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Any relevant certifications in web development or education would be a plus.
- **Knowledge of Teaching Tools**: Familiarity with online teaching platforms, content management systems, and project management tools.
- **Portfolio**: Demonstrable portfolio of past projects in the MERN stack, especially those developed for educational purposes or showcasing industry best practices.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week
