**Job Description**:
Coding Blocks, a leading technology education company, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic MERN Stack Instructor to join our team. As a MERN Stack Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training to students aspiring to become proficient in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to relocate to various locations in Northern India as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Engaging Instruction: Create and deliver dynamic and interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on coding sessions to teach MERN stack development.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing course materials and create new content to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and facilitating a positive learning experience.
- Evaluate Student Performance: Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Stay Current with Technology: Stay abreast of the latest developments in MERN stack technologies and related fields to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other instructors, mentors, and staff to maintain a cohesive and positive learning environment.
- Participate in Events: Represent Coding Blocks at events, workshops, and seminars to promote the institution and build relationships with the tech community.
- Contribute to the Community: Encourage students to participate in coding competitions, open source contributions, and other community-building activities.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Familiarity with related technologies such as Git, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience as a coding instructor or mentor, with a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to different locations within Northern India as required.
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Continuous Learner: Proactive in staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack and web development.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of instructors, mentors, and support staff.
- Passion for Education: Genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and succeed in the field of web development.

**Salary**: ₹328,880.15 - ₹887,061.36 per year
