**About Us**

We’re a fast-growing devotional media team creating transformational content for the youth of India and beyond. With a mission rooted in spirituality and impact, we share daily reels, videos, and campaigns across major platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

**Role: Social Media Executive**

As a Social Media Executive, you will be the brain behind our digital presence. You’ll lead strategy, content planning, analytics, and collaborate with a creative team to execute high-impact spiritual campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage social media calendars and campaigns
- Lead and coordinate a team of content creators, video editors & writers
- Analyze YouTube & Instagram analytics for growth strategies
- Optimize posting schedules and content for engagement & reach
- Design & execute giveaway and festive campaigns
- Collaborate with spiritual teachers/preachers to align message with mission
- Stay updated on latest trends, reels formats, and viral strategies

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing Instagram & YouTube accounts (min. 2 years)
- Deep knowledge of YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and campaign performance
- Experience in team coordination or project management
- Excellent content sense: What works, what doesn’t, and why
- Good communication, especially for youth-focused spiritual content
- Passion for spiritual values, Bhagavad Gita, or devotional lifestyle is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with paid ads or cross-platform promotions
