**Job description**:

- **Accurate Financial Record Keeping**:

- Ensure precise and timely entry of financial transactions into the system, including bank entries, purchases, bank reconciliations, expense reimbursements, cash vouchers, purchase orders, and job work transactions etc
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain and organize financial documents in accordance with the company's policies and regulatory requirements, with guidance from the Manager - Accounts.
- **Payment Processing & Recording**:

- Process payments in a timely manner while ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording of all financial transactions.
- **Taxation & Compliance Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of GST and TDS data under the supervision of the Manager - Accounts to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- **Accounting Entries & Software Management**:

- Accurately enter daily financial transactions into Tally software and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.

This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to financial regulations, and collaboration with the finance team to ensure smooth accounting operations.
- Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles:

- Proficiency in Accounting Software Tally and Excel

Discipline and Attention to Detail

**Age criteria b/n 23 years to 25 years with the work experience of 1 to 2 years**

**Reporting to**:Manager Account

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
