Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Tally ERP Management**: Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- **Tax Compliance**: Handle all aspects of TDS and GST compliance, including filing returns, managing deductions, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Invoicing and Billing**: Process client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on payments.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports, monthly closings, and other reports as needed by management.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep comprehensive records of financial transactions, tax records, and audit support documentation.
- **Audit Support**: Work closely with auditors to provide necessary financial documents and support for audits.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to streamline financial workflows and support business operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, with a solid understanding of its features and functionalities
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and general tax compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
