**Job Title**: Medical Sales Representative (Healthcare POS Systems)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry for POS solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, including medical professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- **Product Demonstration & Consultation**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of healthcare POS systems.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on the best POS solutions to suit their needs, focusing on ease of use, efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**:

- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment schedules with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, technical support) to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- **Market Intelligence & Reporting**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to communicate progress and outcomes to management.
- **Customer Support & Training**:

- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the POS systems effectively.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in sales within the medical, healthcare, or healthcare technology industries, with a focus on point-of-sale (POS) systems or related products.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Technical understanding of POS systems and their integration into healthcare environments.
- Ability to conduct product demos and provide in-depth consultations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
