**MIS Executive**
- **Inventory Management & Reports Preparation**:

- Ensure timely and accurate updates of inventory records as per BOM for all departments (Confectionery / Bakery / Hot Kitchen).
- Reconcile physical inventory with system data to avoid discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic inventory status reports, including stock valuation and movement analysis.
- Align inventory data with financial statements, such as P&L reports for all departments.
- **Sales Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain a centralized database for sales transactions and updates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Provide sales trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and flag potential issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data.
- **P&L Management and Cross-Verification**:

- Regularly update and verify Profit & Loss (P&L) statements with the accounts and finance department.
- Ensure inventory, sales, drawings and cost data are accurately reflected in the P&L.
- Highlight variances in financial performance and provide insights for corrective actions.
- **Financial Performance Comparison & Reporting**:

- Analyse year on year financial performance across different periods, locations, category, time slots, platform and business units.
- Prepare comparative reports, including variance analysis, and change in trends to support strategic decisions.
- Assist management in understanding key financial metrics and their implications.
- **Financial Management System and Software Usage**:

- Proficiently use and develop financial management systems and related checklists.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in financial tracking and reporting systems.
- Recommend and implement software improvements to streamline processes.
- **Dashboard Management and Collaboration**:

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure dashboards meet operational and strategic needs.
- Regularly update dashboards with the latest KPIs and financial metrics.
- Assist new onboarded employees, in familiarizing with system/ software/ checklist and its importance.
- **Monthly Sales Reports**:

- Generate monthly detailed sales reports of sibling brand based on events, and party.
- Analyse client-wise data for revenue contribution, outstanding payments, and credit utilization.
- Share actionable insights with stakeholders to improve sales efficiency and recoveries.
- **Process Optimization and Compliance**:

- Identify and implement process improvements for better data management and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements in MIS-related activities.
- **Ad-Hoc Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Handle special data requests from senior management and other departments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on ad-hoc data analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
