**CRM Assistant - Post Sale [Real Estate]**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to provide support in implementing and maintaining customer relationship management strategies.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients with the completion of post-sales documentation
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and signatures
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to their property purchase.
- Provide regular updates on the status of documentation and other post-sales processes

**Qualification **Bachelor's degree from any stream

**Requirement**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate post-sales CRM.
- Strong understanding of post-sales processes and documentation requirements in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

**Salary : Negotiable**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
