**Responsibilities**

- **Client Assistance**:Provide timely responses to client inquiries, offering detailed information on products, pricing, and shipping particulars.
- **Strategic Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to strategic planning efforts, aiding in the expansion of the company's client base and partnerships.
- **Market Awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to contribute to the positioning of Zarnik's products in the market.
- **Negotiation Exposure**:Gain exposure to negotiation techniques, helping the team in closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets.
- **CRM Support**: Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Learn to work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- **Continuous Learning**:Commit to continuous self-improvement by actively participating in enhancing product knowledge, refining sales techniques, and staying updated on import/export regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Skills**
- Developing verbal and written communication abilities.
- Eagerness to build client relationships.
- Willingness to learn negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
