BRIEF:
Jr. KAM will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and ensure to be No. 1 brand in the counter. KAM will be also drive overall business and meet company business objective.

KEY DELIVERABLES
- _ Business Deliverables_
- Prepare yearly business plan in alignment with key accounts and ensuring company objectives are met.
- Achieving monthly sales targets, counter share target, and growth targets in accordance with business plan.
- Quarterly review of the business plan with all the stakeholders (internal & external)
- _ Stores Planning_
- Planning assortment and planogram with accounts on basis of benchmarking competition and trends.
- _ ISD Management_
- Motivating the team to deliver excellence in display and targets by innovative processes and implementing best practices.
- Managing the fast information flow between staff and shop floor level to managerial level.
- _ Supply Chain Management_
- Demand forecasting and sellout plan SKU wise and store wise.
- Ensuring forecast accuracy and reviewing the same with tight adherence to weekly sellout targets.
- SKU wise focus on the sellout
- _ Relationship Management_
- Maintain cordial and strong relationships with partners at all levels (floor manager to buying head) and maintain No. 1 mind share of our brand
- Maintain relationship with national distribution team to ensure operational efficiency is maintained.
- _ Retail Marketing_
- Developing monthly and yearly BTL activation plans with the accounts with strict effective execution.
- Design strategic solutions on secondary sales activation programs, consumer offers, in-shop promotions and activities by using innovative ways.

QUALIFICATION

MBA in Sales & Marketing from top colleges

EXPERIENCE

About 5-7 years of experience in sales with 3-4 years of Key Account Management experience.
