**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Continuous vendors search.
- Maintain vendors database.
- Addition of new vendors on monthly basis.
- Inventory Management
- maintain the inventory level and assist in optimizing the inventory

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 2 to 7 years of experience (same industry preferred )
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
