
Nursing Superintendent

Responsible for Nursing Services in the hospital.
Plan and implement a proper orientation for all new nursing staff.
Organize periodic training programs for the nursing staff, to continuously upgrade various clinical practices.
Rotation of the nursing staff in various departments to ensure good nursing care.
Assist the total needs of the patients in the hospital and prepare planned nursing care
Taking regular rounds in the unit and resolving the nursing-related issues.
Reviewing reports regarding the nurse's meeting
Preparing & Substantiating the duty rosters of each department
Approving leaves of departmental staff nurses.
Coordinating with NABH Internal audit team
Authenticating monthly NABH documents.
Work evaluation and conducts performance appraisal for all staff nurses.
Assist HR in the recruitment of staff nurses and conducts an interview as per the organization's policy
Crisis management in the nursing department (shortage of nurses)
Collects and works on patient's feedback and their concerns about nursing care
Maintains confidentiality and resolves the internal complaints among nurses
Should update the OP & IP details in What's app to MD's Secretary on daily basis.
Personal grooming & also Should maintain the discipline of nursing staff.
Minimum visit all IP patients twice a day
Coordinate with all consultants to ensure patient care is delivered seamlessly
Fully responsible for documentation (consents, daily progress, etc)
Ensure all billable items/activity or entered in card and the same is updated by the Operations team into the software on a daily basis
Keep track of all outsourced tests and ensure to collect reports on time and present them to MS nad consultant and take directions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
