**Virtual Moderator**

GP Strategies are now looking for Virtual Moderator to join the team. As Virtual Moderator, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the logístical implementation, organisation and delivery of a new Executive Leadership Development programme. Working with business partners and stakeholders you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of the programme to the required audience population.

**VILT Environment Management**
- Slide Deck
- Polling Questions
- Videos
- Other content
- Conduct Quality Assurance (“QA”) on loaded VILT content to ensure accuracy. Report and content issues to Amgen POC.
- Resolve any VILT content issues prior to start of VILT session

**Additional Information we provided in the SOW**:

- Management of the virtual environment
- ensure engagement by focusing on the technology, so that the facilitator and participants can communicate and learn
- provide technical support for the VILT audience and help facilitate the usage of the interactive tools
- compile the results of exercises and interactions, and prepare them to present back to the audience
- be the expert in the online technology (WebEx)
- work with SMEs and trainers to ensure that they are prepared to deliver online including testing of the technology, rehearsing, and evaluating
- moderate sessions
- support synchronous facilitators (which could include things like messaging them privately when planned interactions are not timely, alerting them to questions and connecting them to learners.)
