Position Summary: Analyzes, designs, creates and implements databases, including data models, logical and physical databases, data dictionaries and schemas, access methods, device allocations, validation checks, organization and security; maintains the organization's databases across multiple platforms and computing environments; develops and implements database recovery plans and procedures and analysis and development policies, standards and procedures; collaborates with database software vendors and external technical support on issues such as software upgrades, problems and potential solutions What you bring to the role: Established and productive professional individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult and may be complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Works on moderate to complex projects. Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Receives moderate level of guidance. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy. General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on some technical issues. A four year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience. *This is not a complete listing of the job duties. LATAM SQL Administrator - DB installation & configuration, Data security, Database performance tuning and optimization, Database backups and recovery, reporting and querying. Bilingual Spanish - English.

Primary Skill:

- SQL Software Installation and Maintenance
- Data Extraction transformation and loading
- Data modeling and Data Base design
- Data Defrag, Index reconstruction
- Optimization, query analysis, design, and implementation of stored procedures.
- Security administration
- Job Calendarization.

Secondary Skills:

- Storage administration
- Log depuration
- Use of filegroups to distribute information

This position will need to work during USA central time in order to support our Latin American teams, this is an important requirement.
