**Job Title: Public Relation Executive**
**Location: Gurugram (Udhyog Vihar - Phase 4)**
**Education: Graduate (any degree)**
**Experience: 1 - 5 Years Minimum in PR**

**Job Summary**:
As a PR Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the reputation of [Company Name] and its key stakeholders. You will work closely with the PR team, as well as other departments such as marketing, sales, and management, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR campaigns to promote AVPL’s products, services, and initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and favourable media placements.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to effectively communicate key messages and announcements.
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels for mentions of AVPL and relevant industry topics, and respond accordingly.
- Coordinate press events, interviews, and media opportunities, including preparing spokespersons and managing logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in PR and communications.
- Measure and analyze the impact of PR campaigns using metrics such as media impressions, audience reach, and sentiment analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working in PR, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
- Excellent media relations skills, with a network of contacts in the press and related industries.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR and brand building.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PR tools and software, such as media databases, monitoring platforms, and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
