Department: store, Logistics / Operations

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of items.

Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with records.

Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documentation.

Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company standards.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and shipments.

Organize shipments, ensuring proper documentation and packaging.

Warehouse Operations:
Ensure the efficient organization and arrangement of goods in the warehouse for optimal space utilization and easy access.

Follow safety and compliance procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as required.

Order Processing:
Manage the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure all order-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Communicate with the sales and customer service teams to address any order-related issues.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of goods received, stored, and shipped.

Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and order fulfillment.

Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound goods is filed and stored correctly.

Customer & Supplier Liaison:
Act as a point of contact for any logistics-related inquiries from customers or suppliers.

Resolve logístical or inventory issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and mínimal disruption to operations.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies for better efficiency and cost reduction.

Stay updated with logistics and warehouse trends, and incorporate best practices into daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in store and logistics management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP

Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
