**Responsibilities**:
Utilize ERP, SAP, and Tally software systems to manage inventory, track stock levels, and generate accurate reports.

Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing inventory, including receipts, transfers, and returns.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies or variances.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock loss, damages, and obsolescence.

Monitor stock levels and anticipate demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast inventory needs and plan promotions or sales events.

Coordinate with finance department to reconcile inventory accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and store operations.

Train and supervise store staff on proper inventory handling procedures and use of ERP/SAP/Tally software systems.

Continuously evaluate and improve store processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding inventory availability, pricing, and product information.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience working as a Store Executive or similar role, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of ERP, SAP, and Tally software systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with inventory management best practices and industry standards.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

**Key skills : Experience in SAP, ERP, Tally.**

**Location : Ambad, Nashik**

**Salary : 20k-25k (as per exp)**

**Experience : Min 5+ years**

**Note : Immediate joiner preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
