**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Perform **DNA and RNA extraction** from various biological samples.
- Conduct **Quality Control Assessments** of nucleic acids using spectrophotometry, fluorometry, and gel electrophoresis.
- Prepare **NGS libraries** for sequencing workflows (Illumina platform preferred).
- Execute **PCR and RT-PCR experiments** as per protocol.
- Assist in **routine molecular biology techniques** such as gel electrophoresis, enzymatic reactions, and sample handling.
- Maintain proper documentation of lab activities and experimental procedures.

**Key Skills Required**
- Hands-on experience in **DNA/RNA extraction**.
- Familiarity with **NGS Library Preparation**, preferably Illumina workflows.
- Working knowledge of **PCR/RT-PCR**.
- Strong foundation in **molecular biology techniques**.
- Good laboratory practices and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a team.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Education**: B.Tech / MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genomics or Microbiology.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in **NGS wet lab**, especially **Illumina library preparation** workflows, DNA/RNA Extraction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
