**Responsibilities**:
**Infrastructure Management**:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and cloud-based services.- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.- Manage physical and virtual server environments, including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.**Information Security**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.- Stay informed about the latest security trends and threats to proactively mitigate risks.- Manage and monitor security logs and alerts for early detection of potential breaches.- Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.**Remote Access Management**:
Configure and manage secure remote access solutions for employees and contractors.- Ensure compliance with company policies on remote work and BYOD (bring your own device).- Provide technical support to remote users to resolve connectivity issues and ensure seamless access to company resources.**End-Point Management**:
- Manage and maintain end-point devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.- Implement and enforce device security policies, including encryption, password management, and software updates.- Monitor and troubleshoot end-point devices to ensure optimal performance and security.**Google Workspace Administration**:
Configure and manage Google Workspace features such as Drive, Calendar, and Meet to enhance collaboration and productivity.- Provide training and support to users on the effective use of Google Workspace tools.**Technical Support**:
- Provide technical support to employees and contractors, including troubleshooting IT issues, resolving user queries, and assisting with software and hardware-related problems.- Maintain a knowledge base of IT solutions to efficiently resolve common issues.- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.**Continuous Learning and Innovation**:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies through ongoing learning and professional development.- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance the company's IT infrastructure and operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.**Experience**:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on cloud computing and information security.- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT environments, including cloud platforms, on-premises infrastructure, and end-point devices.**Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Proficiency in information security best practices and compliance standards, including ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, and HIPAA.- Experience with secure remote access solutions such as VPN, MFA, and Duo.- Experience with end-point management solutions such as MDM, EMM, and Microsoft Intune.- Experience with Google Workspace administration and configuration.**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
