**Project Overview**:
Driftwood LNG LLC is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.

**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will prepare supplier quality procedures, operating instructions and develop project specific metrics. You will issue assignments for quality surveillance, capability surveys, and audits. You will plan and oversee surveillances, report technical and quality issues, and monitor dispositions and corrections.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate Supplier Quality services with other project functions.
- Reviews material requisitions including technical specifications regarding quality requirements and participates with Engineering in determining the surveillance levels required and establishing witness and hold points.
- Assists in the development of the final bid list and the selection of a recommended bidder.
- Assists with the establishment of Quality Surveillance levels required for each purchase.
- Participates in pre-award and post-award meetings/conferences with suppliers to review Area Supplier Quality’s right of access, release for shipment authority, and notification on witness and hold points during quality surveillance activities.
- Prepares quality surveillance and capability survey assignments for execution by the assigned Area Supplier Quality Specialists.
- Investigate quality issues reported to the Supplier Quality Manager on equipment/materials where quality surveillance has been performed. Available documents such as UOS&Ds, Field Change Notices, back charge notices, NCR & Deviation Report registers, etc. should be utilized during the investigation process.
- Review, edit, accept and distribute reports in accordance with this Manual and Project Procedures. Ensure survey and audit reports are approved and then posted into GSIS.
- Regularly check anomaly code information and assignment information which has been siphoned from Quality Surveillance Reports into SQEAS is accurate and make any necessary corrections.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed University is preferred. Minimum 6 year of relevant industry experience in inspection and testing activities. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience as PSQR or SQR on Bechtel EPC projects is a plus.
- Prior experience in writing technical procedures and problem solving.
