- Proficient in using retail software

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and increase sales.
- Track sales performance and take appropriate action to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Handle cash and other financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and other key metric

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
