We are looking for a **dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty** to join our team and deliver engaging and effective lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate IT students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Subject Delivery**: Teach Mathematics topics relevant to BCA, MCA, MSc IT, and BSc IT courses (e.g., Discrete Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Numerical Methods).
- **Doubt Solving**: Provide regular support, clarify student queries, and conduct revision sessions.
- **Course Planning**: Help in designing and updating the syllabus to align with university curriculum and industry needs.
- **Assessment**: Create, conduct, and evaluate assignments, tests, and mock exams.
- **Feedback & Mentoring**: Offer guidance to improve students’ analytical skills and academic performance.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the college or coaching level is preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for students with non-math backgrounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Gujarati.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
