Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching & Instruction: Deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics for students preparing for JEE Advanced. Focus on developing deep conceptual understanding and enhancing problem-solving skills.
- Curriculum Design: Assist in designing and refining study materials, including practice questions, mock tests, and assignments specifically targeted for JEE Advanced.
- Exam Preparation: Conduct regular revision sessions and mock exams to ensure students are thoroughly prepared for the JEE Advanced exam.
- Student Mentorship: Provide individualized attention and mentorship to students who require additional support to improve their understanding and performance.
- Progress Tracking: Continuously assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and quizzes, and offer constructive feedback to help them excel.
- Classroom Management: Create a motivating, disciplined, and focused classroom environment, ensuring that students stay engaged and effectively prepare for the exam.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the JEE Advanced syllabus, exam format, and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics or equivalent). A Ph.D. in Mathematics is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in coaching students for JEE Advanced or equivalent competitive exams. Experience in teaching 11th and 12th-grade students in an academic or coaching environment is essential.
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the JEE Advanced syllabus and exam patterns.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and effectively teach problem-solving techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully mentoring students for JEE Advanced.
- Familiarity with using digital teaching tools and online platforms for both in-person and online learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
