**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**
**Location: Visakhapatnam**
**Salary Range: 20K to 25K**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently collect and maintain customer data and records.
- Generate accurate and timely quotations for our products and services.
- Proactively follow up with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Offer additional services like door delivery, packing, logistics, and more to enhance the customer experience.
- Solicit and record customer ratings and reviews to gauge and improve our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products, services, and special offers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of logistics, delivery processes, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and utilize customer feedback
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
