**Your Role**:
Plays a key role in shaping and improving the design and user experience of our current and future products. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering, and other company stakeholders, leading UX throughout the planning and development lifecycle

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive a user-centered design approach, simplifying complexity by breaking down problems and aligning the org. on customer-centered solutions.
- Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to discover and understand user needs and requirements to turn high level product requirements into workflows and detailed design specifications.
- Interpret analytics data from product usage, usability testing, and other sources.
- Champion the user while defining user experience opportunities and identifying use cases.
- Create detailed user experience workflows, wireframes, and user interface design specifications.
- Create clickable prototypes for communications and usability testing.
- Conduct informal feature walkthroughs, usability studies, and other user research activities with the best users on the planet (primarily using remote meeting technology).
- Rapidly iterate and launch follow-up usability tests or studies - thoughtfully incorporating user, developer, and product manager feedback into design revisions.
- Share and communicate designs with cross-functional, worldwide teams for review and feedback.
- Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards, and enable others in the implementation of the SWUI Design System.

Qualifications:

- At least 10+ years' experience designing complex enterprise-class workflows and products.
- Experience improving UX based on test results and data.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital product design, including wireframes, sitemaps, and user flows
- Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools, including Sketch, Figma, Marvel & Abstract.
- Collaborative, team player with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Creative design-driven with a passion for user focused design
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Extensive prototyping experience
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
