**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Utilize BDD frameworks to create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress Cucumber and Test Complete.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins to streamline the testing process.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts in Java using TestNG and Selenium to ensure robust test coverage.
- Track and manage defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the development team.
- Utilize Maven for project build management and dependency resolution.
- Perform database testing using PL/SQL to validate data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting test coverage defects and overall quality status.
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing processes.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of BDD frameworks and experience with Cypress Cucumber and Test Complete.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming and experience with TestNG and Selenium for automated testing.
- Have hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Show expertise in using Jira for defect tracking and project management.
- Be familiar with Maven for build management and dependency resolution.
- Have experience with PL/SQL for database testing.
- Understand the principles of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Possess domain knowledge in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software.
- Show a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
