**Has worked as an L2 Agent/Advisor or in Escalations Team/Department in the previous company for at least 6 months or more**:
- Identify and escalate issues to respective Point of Contact / In respective channel
- ** Familiar with Ticketing Portals like FreshDesk/FreshChat**:
- Good written and verbal communication skills especially in English/Hindi
- Has worked at least 2+ years of experience in customer service Voice process
- Extremely good soft skills and knowledge of handling customers
- Basic Knowledge of MS EXCEL, WORD, Google Sheets, Slack
- Management and resolving customer complaints
- ** Identify and escalate issues to respective Point of Contact / in respective channel**:
- ** Provide product and service information to customers**:
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources/departments
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Worked on Social Media queries/issues will be a plus
- Should be a go getter
- Should be customer oriented
