**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow organic reach and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and share engaging posts tailored to our brand and audience.
- Monitor social media interactions and actively engage with followers to build relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to divert traffic to the company website through social media channels.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in managing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Proven track record of growing organic engagement and reach.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for effective post creation and audience interaction.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
