**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our growing team You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging and high-quality social media content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
- Schedule and publish social media posts at optimal times.
- Monitor social media conversations and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and reporting to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media best practices and algorithms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for social media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) (a plus).

Pay: ₹10,334.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
