**Cloud Infrastructure Solution Professional** with a title of **Sr. Associate - IT Infrastructure** in the **Cloud Managed Services**

**Responsibilities**:

- **
Cloud Infrastructure Design and Deployment**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and design cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
- **
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**:

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to the cloud infrastructure.
- Resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- **
Security and Compliance**:

- Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- **
Migration and Modernization**:

- Assist in migrating existing Windows workloads to AWS.
- Explore opportunities for workload modernization, such as refactoring or containerization.
- **
Collaboration and Documentation**:

- Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operations.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows-based systems, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AWS.
- ** Certifications**: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (preferred).
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AWS services related to Windows workloads (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- ** Communication and Teamwork**:

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:
