**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in **Client Profitability Analytics Solutions**. You have found the right team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver proactive solutions, prioritize requests, and improve client profitability data and reporting
- Conduct analyses on key issues impacting client profitability to determine root cause and deliver quality documentation capturing proposed solutions
- Prepare and distribute data driven communications, profitability presentations, and business analyses with accuracy and adherence to JPMC brand style guidelines

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Solutions, Data Science, or similar discipline. 3+ years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or equivalent.
- Superior written and verbal business communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
- Effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages
- Competence to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts across all levels
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word; prior experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, Cognos, Python and Alteryx is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile processes, Confluence, JIRA, JIRA queries, JQL is a plus
