**Job Description - Showroom Sales Associate (Female)**

**Location**: Durgapur

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a **dynamic and customer-friendly Female Sales Associate** to join our Chetak Durgapur showroom. The role involves assisting customers in understanding electric scooters, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales and enhance the showroom experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Provide **detailed product information & demonstrations** of Chetak Electric scooters.
- Guide customers through finance, insurance, and registration options.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries effectively.
- Generate and follow up on customer leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist in organizing showroom displays and maintaining product presentation.
- Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for daily showroom operations.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Bengali, Hindi & English preferred).
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle walk-in customers independently and professionally.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **Graduate / Higher Secondary pass**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in retail sales/automobile showroom/hospitality preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary: As per industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
