CRM (Female)

**Job Title**: Sales CRM (FEMALE)
**Location**: DURGAPUR

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer database and maintain accurate lead records.
- Follow up with potential leads and assist in scheduling test drives and showroom visits.
- Coordinate between customers and sales consultants for smooth communication.
- Ensure timely documentation, booking, and delivery processes.
- Provide post-sale support and collect customer feedback.
- Assist in executing showroom events, campaigns, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive CRM or sales coordination preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

**Preferred Gender**: Female (optional based on hiring policy)
