**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and enhance videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and maintain brand consistency.
- Produce visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages and drive user engagement.
- Stay up to date on design and video editing trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Transform complex information into visually appealing infographics, illustrations, and animations.
- Ensure designs and videos are optimized for different platforms while maintaining high quality.
- Manage multiple design and video editing projects, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional work.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers, if needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Bring creative ideas and solutions to brainstorming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of graphic design and video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and video editing projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Draw, etc., 2D & 3D Animation, and Video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Understanding of design principles, storyboard, video composition, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually appealing designs and compelling videos
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and teamwork.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Video Editing, or a related field.
